6. In order to be eligible for the 10% cashback, the customer should not claim any other bonus with their first deposit nor before requesting this cashback.
7. In order to claim the cashback, the customer needs to request it from the support team via Live Chat or via e-mail: support@vinylcasino.com. It should be requested no later than 48 hours after the first deposit was made.
